On July 21, Adelphi’s Chapter of the Christian Women’s Fellowship was inaugurated and commissioned in a wonderful ceremony before many members and guests.  Words of Welcome were given by the chapter’s president, Constance Toh.  The National Secretary, Grace Atanga, spoke about the Introduction of the Movement.  The dedicants then entered and were presented by Lydia Evakise.  They included Angeline Mbah, Charlotte Ojong, Julie Nanga, Mercy Ngawana, Rose Tangham, and Vivian Takang.

Following songs and replies of their desires to serve God and promises to carry out their intentions, Rev. Mike McNamara pronounced the dedication of new members and offered a prayer for them.

The CWF National EXCO presented membership cards and pinned badges on the newly commissioned members.  After more songs and the Trooping of the Colors, a special offering for the CWF was received.  Photos were taken, and everyone was invited to a reception in the fellowship hall.

We are blessed to have the CWF at Adelphi and welcome most heartily those who have been officially commissioned.  We look forward to supporting them in their work of service and of spreading the Gospel.
